Wright Retail Mall, built for Dennie Wright, is a strip mall divided into six 20×60-foot retail units. Some unique features are the 2’ 6” deep fascia overhang design, 40-inch stone wainscot, three 24-foot gable dormers with vinyl shakes and the cedar-wrapped porch header and columns.

The customer compared post-frame with metal frame construction, but metal didn’t offer the details that he wanted. The customer also wanted to leave unrented units without concrete to give him flexibility with rental agreements. High Rock Landings retail facility offers rustic look with cedar, stone and shake to appeal to those who frequent High Rock Lake.
