Matthew Milby, Morton Buildings, Inc. — First Place
Built for Rail Splitter Wind Farm, LLC, this facility will house the owner, operator and maintenance staff for a wind farm. Technicians will use this facility as their home base. Its hip roof design blends into a historic downtown commercial building area. The building was designed for LEED-certified “green” building.
Morton Buildings, Inc. — Second Place
The Northern Lakes Veterinary Clinic is a well-received asset to the Shell Lake, Wis., area. The new state-of-the-art building offers examinations, treatment, X-rays and surgery. There is also a 24-hour self-serve dog wash and a retail area for small animal needs. Services are available for local residents as well as those vacationing in the area.
Pioneer Pole Buildings, Inc. — Third Place
Bethlehem Golf Club’s new golf cart storage building is located prominently in the front of the clubhouse and can be viewed by golfers upon entry to the facility. It features specially designed dormers with windows on front eave-side of building; special fixed glass windows, post protection, and other high quality building materials. According to Ralph Carp, director of Parks and Public Property, “Pioneer delivered a building that our community can be proud of for years to come.”
