Kansas post-frame builder delivers hunting paradise

The owner of this Kansas post-frame structure was looking for a wooded retreat that would provide a hunting lodge and storage space for equipment, complete with a two-story living space and an expansive finished shop area for storage and entertaining. The result was this building contracted to Quality Structures Inc. It features rough-cut cedar post on the wraparound porch and an open timber gable-out lean-to lined with 2 x 6 T&G panel. We think Mr. Burns is probably looking even harder for opportunities to escape to his hunting paradise.
