Industry Showcase 2010: Midwest Enterprises

See why installers across the country have asked this for 25 years. Midwest Enterprises has the knowledge and experience to produce high quality, common sense products that are both easily installed and profitable.

Founder, James Ealer Sr., installed seamless galvanized gutter on one of the first gutter trucks in the country in 1962-63. In 1976, Ealer bought a new gutter machine and truck and quickly became one of the largest installers in the St. Louis area. By 1983 the company grew to five trucks with installation of more than one million feet of gutter each year. Also that year, Ealer received the first of 12 gutter protection patents and started manufacturing E-Z Lock gutter screen, the original steel powder coated gutter screen featuring a patented spring tension installation.

In 2000, Midwest built an “E-Z powder coat line,” dedicated to screen only. This newest technology allows the product to be the best coated gutter screen product in the United States. Midwest just completed a half-million dollar plant expansion adding a second powder line doubling its volume and efficiency.

All Midwest Enterprises “E-Z Gutter” protection products are manufactured in four-foot sections and are available for 5- or 6-inch gutters.  See all 14 gutter protection products at and ask for a free sample.  Midwest serves as a vendor to most national distributors and will help you get “E-Z” at your favorite wholesale outlet.
