EPDM Coatings
Liquid Roof is nearly identical chemically to sheet EPDM, but with the distinct advantage of being a liquid. It is self-adhering and seamless and takes temperatures from minus-40 to 300 degrees and it’s a one-coat application — no primer, top coat or multiple coats needed. Liquid Roof waterproofs immediately upon application and will take ponding water 365 days a year. Liquid EPDM has proven itself superior to acrylics, urethanes and other elastomers for up to 3 times longer.
ERSystems
Erathane 300 Finish Coat White is a reflective, cool, high-performance elastomeric polyurethane coating. The product is a liquid applied, single-component, moisture-cured polyurethane coating. Erathane 300 Finish Coat is designed to provide a combination of superb adhesion to a variety of substrates and a balance of high elongation and high tensile strength. Erathane 300 Finish Coat has a high solids consistency designed to provide and economical tough film finish. It has excellent adhesion to metal roofing.
The Garland Company
Solex is an eco-friendly, highly reflective roof coating for metal, modified bitumen or single ply restoration, formulated from PVDF Aquatec polyvinylidene fluoride, a water-based, fluoropolymer-acrylic resin. This environmentally responsible coating can reduce rooftop temperatures by as much as 80 degrees, significantly reducing HVAC operating expenses during the summer months.

Polyprene is a high-performance roof and multi-purpose surface cement for anywhere a tough watertight seal is needed. Polyprene is the stronger, flexible, durable advanced thermoplastic rubber roof cement. Polyprene is the preferred watertight seal for flashings, exhaust fans, seams, skylights, vents, chimneys, sign supports, expansion joints, etc. It’s available in Trowel Grade and Heavy Brush Grade. Trowel Grade holds even on vertical surfaces, creating a custom rubber gasket anywhere requiring a durable bond with 400 percent elongation.
Uniroof International
Formflex 6000 is a water-based coating for metal roofs, asphalt roofs and most single ply roofs. Apply in two coats allowing sufficient drying time between coats. Use soap and water for cleanup.
