Sealex recognized as fast-growing company

Sealex, Inc., a manufacturer of pre-cured sealants and adhesives, announced today that Inc. Magazine has ranked the company as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The 2010 Inc. 5000 was announced on August 24, 2010, covering sales revenue of high growth privately held companies through the calendar year ending December 31, 2009.  Sealex, Inc. earned the rank of 95 out of the top manufacturing companies on the Inc. 5000 and was ranked 3,101 on the overall list with a three-year sales growth of 65%.  This is the third consecutive year that Sealex, Inc. has been recognized on the Inc. 5,000 list.  The Inc. 5000 includes the Inc. 500 but digs deeper to offer the most comprehensive look ever at the entrepreneurial engine driving the U.S. economy.

Methodology
The 2010 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2006 to 2009.  To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by June 30, 2006.  Additionally, they had to be based in the United States, privately held, for profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2009.  The minimum revenue required for 2006 is $80,000; the minimum for 2009 is $2 million.  The top 10 percent of companies on the list constitute the Inc. 500, now in its 29th year.
