This process creates a natural blended look that has more curb appeal than solid color panels. ArrowLine Enhanced Shake is available in four blended colors while the ArrowLine Enhanced Slate comes in three blended colors.

Energy Alternatives
Generally, the hot water heater is the second largest consumer of energy in a home. The Greenward Ridge Vent from Energy Alternatives can help reduce household energy consumption and save money. The Greenward Ridge Vent system is installed like any other Ridge Vent and can be installed in new construction or retrofit for existing homes. The unique ridge vent features a flexible tubing throughout that carries a water/glycol mix throughout the ridge vent. It is heated by solar energy hitting the ridge and escaping hot air from the attic. The hot water/glycol mixture is pumped through a heat exchanger which heats incoming 50 degree water to 120 degrees and is stored in an insulated hot water storage tank. The stored hot water is transferred to a hot water tank and ready for use.

EPDM Coatings
Liquid Roof from EPDM Coatings is nearly identical chemically to sheet EPDM, but with the distinct advantage of being a liquid. It is self-adhering and seamless and takes temperatures from minus-40 to 300 degrees and it’s a one-coat application — no primer, top coat or multiple coats needed. Liquid Roof waterproofs immediately upon application and will take ponding water 365 days a year. Liquid EPDM has proven itself superior to acrylics, urethanes and other elastomers for up to 3 times longer.

Engineered Materials Solutions
CopperPlus from Engineered Materials Solutions copper clad stainless steel architectural materials provide the classic beauty of solid copper, but with better performance characteristics and at significantly lower cost. Visually indistinguishable from solid copper, CopperPlus is produced by cladding thin layers of copper on both sides of a core strip of Type 430 stainless steel. Although CopperPlus is appreciably stronger than virtually all typical architectural copper alloys, it forms easily using the same tools and equipment. CopperPlus is available in a range of gauges and widths for applications such as roof pan, rain drainage, flashing, trim and decorative components.

Iron Sentry
Iron Sentry is a metal roof leak repair system that provides a seamless barrier against roof leakage and rust by utilizing a polyurethane sealer applied to seams, holes and fasteners. The sealer is non-toxic and cannot be penetrated by oxygen or water, even as it expands and contracts with the weather. Iron Sentry is composed of a non-mercury elastomer that extends roof life and reduces building operating costs by as much as 30 percent. Building owners also minimize environmental impact because they are using less new materials that will eventually need to be disposed of in a landfill; and the product contains no mercury, a key necessity for many construction materials.
