Kenneth K. Kistler, Rural Builder Hall of Fame 2011 and Active NFBA Member Dies at 71

Kenneth K. Kistler, a 2011 inductee of the Rural Builder Hall of Fame, died on Easter Sunday, April 1, 2018, at the age of 71.

A resident of New Tripoli, Pennsylvania, he and his wife, Beverly, had previously owned and operated two successful post-frame businesses: Kistler Pole Building Company and Kistler Building Supply in Fogelsville. After 26 years the couple transitioned to establishing Perma-Column East, LLC in Lenhartsville.

Kistler was an active member of the National Frame Building Association for many years as an officer and board member. 

Kistler is survived by his wife, two sons and three granddaughters.
