Bold Red Pac-Clad Panels Makes Texas Elementary School a Standout

A random pattern of bold red metal Pac-Clad wall panels from Petersen Aluminum creates a stand-out look for the Alma Brewer Strawn Elementary School in Lytton Springs, Texas. A mock-up of the pattern was developed first by the design team for everyone’s review, with a few tweaks needed to achieve the final look.

Roof and Wall Panels:
11,000 sq. ft. of vertically-installed Petersen’s PAC-CLAD Flush 24-gauge panels in three shades of red (Cardinal Red, Colonial Red and Burgundy); 5,800 sq. ft. of Flush soffit panels in Slate Gray; and more than 16,000 sq. ft. of horizontal wall panels (Petersen’s HWP) finished in Slate Gray. All coatings are Fluropon® 70% PVDF from Sherwin Williams (formerly Valspar).
