An Apple-approved App from ATAS

ATAS International, Inc. now has available an iPad App for customers to research and spec a construction project using its products. Available from Apple, Inc., it is one of a handful of construction-related apps on the market and an advanced app in the metal building industry.

ATAS iPad App“With so many architects, contractors, builders and building owners walking around with smart devices, it just makes sense for us to interact with them through these devices,” said Dick Bus, president of ATAS. “This app is designed like a catalog, but is much cooler. We have been testing it for a few months, and the response has been unbelievable.”

Once downloaded to a tablet, the app works by swiping left to right to change products and swiping up and down to reveal more information about each product. The app takes users through recent project installations, as well as technical product information. If you need more details—such as product drawings, spec data and load tables—you will be whisked to the ATAS website by clicking a button on each product page.  ATAS also is reachable through the app with a contact button.

“ATAS embraces technology and is always striving for ways to make projects easier for our customers,” Bus said. “We know everyone doesn’t learn or work the same way, so now people have the option to flip through a printed catalog, review content on our website or use the interactive app to discover ATAS products.”

The menu and each page of the ATAS App are easy to navigate and updated frequently. The app is packed with information to discover how an ATAS product is going to change the look, function, energy efficiency, lifespan and cost savings of everyone’s next building project.

Search for the ATAS iPad App in the App Store by using keywords: ATAS, metal, roofing, wall panels, steel, aluminum, solar, shingle, tile, manufacturer, siding or construction.
