Metal Sales Manufacturing Corporation, a leader in metal roof and wall panel technology, held a grand opening celebration April 20 at its new manufacturing facility.
Jim Waldron, Metal Sales president, led the ribbon cutting ceremony. Guests attended a catered luncheon and tour of the new 34,000 square foot manufacturing facility at 7510 Ball Road in Fort Smith, Ark. The plant is designed to serve the needs of customers throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma and Northern Louisiana by offering a full line of Metal Sales’ commercial, agricultural and residential products with Energy Star-listed colors. The branch will also feature a delivery fleet with Moffett off-loading capabilities.
Headquartered in Louisville, Ky., the company operates 20 branches nationwide. Metal Sales was recently named a Medal Of Honor Supplier by Metal Roofing Magazine, Vendor of the Year by Do-It-Best Corporation, and participated on a recent episode of the hit TV show, "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition."
