SCMA elects officers

Nancy Tuck, Gates Custom Milling, Gatesville, N.C., was elected the new president of the Southern Cypress Manufacturers Association (SCMA). Serving with her is Christopher Sackett, Turn Bull Lumber Company, Elizabethtown, N.C., new vice president.

SCMA members voted for the new officers at the association’s Annual Meeting on March 17 at the Westin-Charlotte Hotel, in Charlotte, N.C.

The Southern Cypress Manufacturers Association is a non-profit organization with 26 member companies, dedicated to the promotion of cypress building products to trade professionals and consumers.  For more information on the SCMA, visit www.cypressinfo.org.
