Bradbury Group to acquire Hilleng Intl. and Diecraft

MOUNDRIDGE, Kans. – The Bradbury Co., Inc., acting through its subsidiary, Bradbury Australia, Pty Ltd, is pleased to announce its further expansion into the southern hemisphere. The new company has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets and intellectual property of Hilleng International and Diecraft. The deal is expected to close in the near future.

Hilleng International is the leading manufacturer of sandwich panel laminating machinery and systems. The business has been established for more than 35 years, successfully installing over 250 panel manufacturing systems worldwide. Diecraft has been established for more than 25 years and is the leading supplier of rollforming equipment to the rainwater goods market.

Hayes International New Zealand, now in its 50th year, will remain the hub for regional activities.”
