Lester Building Systems Announces Organizational Changes

Lester Building Systems LLC has announced a series of organizational changes and promotions. According to John Hill, president, the changes positions Lester to operate more efficiently and effectively while providing an enhanced customer buying experience.

Mark Billstrom has been promoted to the newly created position of Vice President of Operations. Mark is responsible for improving operational performance. His scope of responsibility includes the planning and execution of company-wide engineering, manufacturing, transportation and construction activities.

Reporting to Mark, Tyler Bennett has been promoted to the newly created position of Planning, Procurement & Logistics Manager. Tyler will lead Lester Buildings’ efforts to plan and schedule operational activities key to meeting our promised ship dates.

Ted Helmink has been promoted to the new role of Engineering Services Manager. Reporting to Mark, Ted’s group is responsible for designing, detailing, and defining production requirements for every Lester building.

Craig Loger has been promoted to Vice President of Sales. In his expanded role, Craig will assume sales management responsibilities for both the direct and dealer sides of Lester’s business.

Jeannette Raufeisen has been promoted to the newly created role of Marketing and Customer Experience Manager. “Customers need to be front and center in everything we do. By bringing our marketing and customer contact groups together we can focus  on delivering an exceptional buying experience to our customers,” notes Hill.

Lester Building Systems LLC was established in 1947 and has designed, engineered and manufactured over 150,000 post-frame buildings for the livestock, agricultural, equestrian, hobby and commercial buildings markets. Based in Lester Prairie, Minnesota, the company distributes in 35 states, with regional facilities in Clear Brook, Virginia and Charleston, Illinois.
