• William W. Moseley of Garages- N-More, Inc., Alburtis, Pa.Gallagher 3-story multi-purpose building was designed for Ryan Gallagher and the future needs of a growing family. It compliments and enhances the family’s small Pennsylvania farmhouse. Post-frame was chosen after several years of research because it is cost-effective and functional. Vertical cedar siding required horizontal nailers. That, coupled with structural requirements and SturdiWall bracket technology, were factors in choosing post-frame. The suspended concrete floor, designed with wood structural supports in lieu of steel supports and decking, made the project financially feasible.
