ATAS International
The company’s various metal roofing panels can be used in conjunction with its ATA-Frame roof framing system. The ATA-Frame system is used to convert conventional flat roofs into a sloped design. Framing systems are custom designed/engineered to accommodate the existing building structure. In addition to converting flat roofs to sloped designs, ATAS offers its versatile sloped metal roof overlay system that can be used over aged metal roofing or petroleum based roofing materials such as asphalt. Energy benefits can be obtained during the retrofit process by adding insulation as well as creating an air barrier between the new and old roof system. ATAS understands environmental responsibility and demonstrates their commitment to green building practices by offering cool pigmented painted materials with a PVDF finish. ATAS products may contribute to LEED credits, be rated by the CCRC and be Energy Star qualified.

Berridge Manufacturing
The Vantage Point retrofit roof system is an efficient solution for transforming outdated and leaking flat roofs into higher-profile, watertight metal roof systems using 16-gauge and 24-gauge framing components. Vantage Point creates a higher-profile for metal roofing, engineered and designed to return the roof’s functionability while offering a new look. Berridge provides single-source convenience; installers can order roofing material and pre-cut retrofit framing components from Berridge complete with engineering certification and shop drawings.

Duro-Last
For buildings with aging metal roofs, the Duro-Shield metal retrofit roofing system can be installed over an existing roof without an expensive tear-off. Custom fabricated to fit every roof precisely, the single-ply Duro-Shield system is the cost-effective, long-term way to protect buildings against rain, temperature changes, interior drips, ice build-up and corrosion. The Duro-Shield roofing system is the perfect fit for metal retrofit.

Firestone Building Products
Firestone’s versatile Una-Clad UC Roofing Panel Systems are an ideal solution for any recover or complete tear-off re-roof project. While all eight unique Una-Clad UC roofing system panels can be used in re-roof projects, the Una-Clad UC-6 Double-Lock standing seam roofing system and Una-Clad UC-14 Snap-On standing seam roofing system are exceptionally well-suited for retrofit applications. In addition, Isogard HD cover board combines impact resistance, energy savings and ease of installation in a single durable product that performs well when retrofitting with metal.

MBCI
The NuRoof retrofit framing system utilizes light-gauge steel framing installed over the existing roof’s framing members to create a sloped plane. The existing roof’s physical footprint framing system and other rooftop conditions will most likely control the new roof’s geometry. Regardless of whether your roof substrate is steel, wood or concrete, the NuRoof retrofit system can be employed to satisfy the building owner’s requirements.

McElroy Metal
McElroy Metal retrofit roofing systems are an ideal solution when conventional, flat roofing systems have exceeded their service life. McElroy Metal retrofit systems incorporate framing members to add slope to existing flat roofs and then standing seam panels are installed over the new framing to create a beautiful new and functional roof system. With McElroy Metal now offering all PVDF colors as Energy Star rated, customers can rest assured they have an environmentally friendly and energy efficient roof.

Metal Sales Manufacturing
Metal Sales offers retrofit systems, providing long-lasting, low-maintenance performance. Structural standing seam or exposed fastened panels along with 12-16 gauge steel framing create a sloped roof that eliminates flat roof problems. Systems offer superior wind, fire and impact performance, while standard finishes include PVDF, MS Colorfast45 and Acrylic Coated Galvalume. Engineering and design assistance is available. Colors are Energy Star listed, with 45-year paint warranties. Weather tightness warranties are available.

Roof Hugger
Roof Huggers are the only retrofit sub-purlin system certified to increase existing purlin strength. The product is compatible with screw-down or standing seam roofing systems and requires only standard tools and fasteners. Roof Huggers feature precision punched notches that act as a continuous template and punched pilot holes to provide for rapid fastening into existing support structures. The unique nesting into an old panel profile achieves a rugged, stable and low silhouette connection system and yet achieves a thermal break air space between the old and new roofing, allowing for the addition of insulation.

Sheffield Metals
TopR is an advanced retrofit framing system. Featuring benefits for superior energy efficiency, a stronger structural profile and superior compliance with newly strengthened building codes, the TopR roofing system’s unique design includes a deflection limiter, allowing for a sturdy, structural attachment between existing purlins. This feature is particularly beneficial when applied in high-load roof zones and meets reduced clip spacing mandated by new building codes. Clips can be spaced as required in the critical edge and corner zones without reinforcement of the existing steel. The deflection limiter is particularly beneficial in hurricane-prone coastal areas, where stringent engineering requirements are in place. TopR can bring existing metal buildings up to tougher building code standards. A TopR installation reinforces the existing roof structure, thereby increasing the building’s uplift strength (negative loading) by as much as 28 percent and its dead load capability (positive loading) by as much as 65 percent.

USG
Ideal for use with metal roofing systems, Securock Glass-mat roof board is non-combustible and moisture and mold-resistant. It enhances the durability of the entire roof system as well as improves fire and sound ratings. The board’s tighter mat makes it less itchy and the high mat-to-core tensile bond strength makes it less likely to delaminate when cutting.
