Shield Wall Media, producer of the Construction Rollforming Show, is pleased to confirm that the 2020 CRS is still a go! The show is slated to take place December 10-11 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Attendee registration is scheduled to open September 1.
The CRS will be held at the Duke Energy Convention Center (DECC) in Cincinnati, which is a Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) Star accredited facility. According to the GBAC: “The GBAC STAR Accreditation Program is performance-based and designed to help facilities establish a comprehensive system of cleaning, disinfection, and infectious disease prevention for their staff and their building.” [Learn more about GBAC accreditation.]
In addition to the services from the DECC, the Construction Rollforming Show will provide masks free of charge for all attendees. Not just disposable paper masks; attendees will have a choice of “really cool” bandanas or cloth masks.
There will be hand sanitizing stations provided by the DECC and also personal bottles of hand sanitizer.
Registration and social functions will be structured in a manner consistent with social distancing guidelines.
“Trade shows are an important extension for your businesses and we will not cancel unless cancellation is ordered by state or other authorities,” stated show founder and Rollforming Magazine publisher Gary Reichert.
“Four months out we are running ahead of the exhibitors from 2019,” Reichert continued. “With other shows closing, there is a lot of excitement building around an opportunity for roll formers to network and interact directly with each other and industry suppliers.
“Financial wizards are saying 2021 should be a banner year for construction,” he disclosed. “Q4 2020 is the last chance for businesses to lay the groundwork for an exceptional 2021.”
