Snow and Solar Mounting Solutions from AceClamp

Star 1 Felt Applicator
Readers were introduced to the Star 1 Felt Applicator in the Fall issue of Rollforming Magazine. Visitors at the Construction Rollforming Show will now get to see it in action. Brothers Nelson and Robert Miller will have the machine there to demonstrate how the machine can be incorporated with any standard panel roll-forming machine to apply felt backing used for moisture control in metal buildings. Common application problems in the past are addressed by the Star 1 to provide consistent pull-off of the felt backer, more accurate placement of the felt on the metal panel, and easier, quicker splicing of rolls. The add-on unit measures 60 inches in length and 56 inches wide and goes between the uncoiler and roll former, bolted in place by six floor anchors. Ph: 888-96-Star1
Roofing Membranes, Fencing, and Shrikes from Albatross, LLC
Roll formers will be able to help fulfill their customers’ diverse building needs with three new intriguing product lines from Albatross.
Discovery Roof Membranes
Discovery Membranes are a three layer breathable waterproof roofing membrane with a high vapor permeability. It is a perfect complement to metal roofing, with strong resistance to abrasion and tearing. It has excellent UV resistance and can withstand up to three months of direct exposure before being covered. Discovery contains no hazardous substances found in the REACH list. Two weights of Discovery are available: 120 gram per sq. meter, and 165 gram per sq. meter.
Regal Fence
Regal Fence is an excellent way for roll formers to expand their product offerings. Regal is a U.S.-made, European-inspired line of fence that utilizes a roll-formed picket and powder coated aluminum posts and rails. It is very versatile, being used as privacy, semi privacy, or picket fence. It offers the elegant look of wood with little maintenance required.
Shrikes
Shrikes are designed to replace the wood blocks used to stack bundles of metal roofing. Molded from polyethylene and profiled to fit over the ribs of roll-formed panels, they transfer weight to the flats of the panels rather than the tops of the ribs, greatly aiding in damage-free delivery. info@albatross.supply
