NRCA offers free webinars for members

NRCAThe National Roofing Contractors Association will be offering free webinar courses through NRCA University as a benefit of membership. Webinars were scheduled to begin July 18 and will be offered the third Thursday of every month at noon CST.

Upcoming topics for the webinar courses offered on NRCA’s website include:

  • Problems and Risks Posed by Lightweight Structural Concrete Roof Decks
  • Obamacare: Understanding the Myths and Mandates
  • New OSHA HazComm Rules: What You Must Do

Class instructors for the webinars include Mark Graham, NRCA’s associate executive director of technical services; Stephen Phillips, counsel to NRCA and a construction law specialist; Dewitt Smith, VP of sales at National General (formerly GMAC), the A-rated insurance carrier and parent company of The Association Benefits Solution, NRCA’s partner in the NRCA National Health Care Program; and Harry Dietz, NRCA’s director of risk management.

NRCA University’s webinars will be held free of charge for members on the following upcoming dates; the nonmember price is $55: July 18, Aug. 15 and Sept. 19.
