The Builders Hardware Manufacturers Association (BHMA®) will hold its annual Fall Meeting October 20-22 virtually. During this time, BHMA® members will attend the annual membership meeting, technical sessions and various other committee meetings.
This year’s Fall Meeting will include discussions regarding the following standards:
- A156.2 – Exit Devices
- A156.13 – Mortise Locks
- A156.32 – Integrated Door Openings and Assemblies
- Section P – Power Operated Doors & Components
- Residential Standards
In addition to standards development activity, the Codes, Government & Industry Affairs and the Marketing Communications Committees will meet. These meetings will be held in conjunction with updates about BHMA’s Certified Products Directory (CPD), and guest speaker presentations from BHMA’s independent laboratories that certify builders hardware and from others.
“While we cannot all be together in person, this virtual Fall Meeting will continue to serve as a means to progress BHMA’s codes and standards development for the association’s 40+ ANSI/BHMA standards,” said BHMA® Executive Director Ralph Vasami. “The annual Fall Meeting is a time for industry leaders to come together and discuss the future of builders hardware and building safety and security as the industry continues to evolve.”
