Structural changes of the site simplify navigation and a refreshed design gives it a great look. With Fabral product information available at our customer’s finger tips, customers can quickly and efficiently find what they need. Something completely new to the site is a section focused on the people of Fabral — sharing how they have the right team to support customers. From Project Consultation and Education to Technical Support and the best Customer Care in the industry, this section of the site validates why a customer chooses Fabral.
New Spec Builder
Something else new to the Fabral site — a spec builder. This new resource allows architects to download pre-built specs or build custom packages of testing data, technical bulletins and specification sheets to meet their needs.
New Live Tech Chat
Live Tech Chat is also now online at Fabral.com. This provides an opportunity for customers to engage with a member of the FabralCore Engineering team and efficiently get questions answered.
Residential ‘Benefits of Metal’
Another new section to othe website is a ‘Benefits’ tab. In this section, Fabral addresses some of the many benefits that a metal roofing system offer — from longevity and protection to energy saving tax credits and industry leading warranties.
Updated Photo Galleries by Market
In the updated galleries section, project images can be viewed easily and then referenced as to what products and colors were used. Project images are grouped both by project and products used — making it even easier for a customer to visualize their own project.
Enhanced Color Visualizer with Product Selector
An enhanced color visualizer / product selector is a handy tool that offers an opportunity for a customer to design a Fabral project. Not only are colors an option but the program helps to guide a customer to the right product.
