Leland Industries acquires ‘Canadian Threadall Limited’

Leland Industries Inc. announced the acquisition of “Canadian Threadall Limited,” complete with all assets.

“Canadian Threadall Limited,” a privately owned manufacturer, established in 1982 and located in Waterloo, Ont., is ISO 9001: 2008 certified and has a solid reputation for producing quality threaded products. Manufacturing from ferrous and non-ferrous metals, the company provides specialized threading, bending and forming services for the concrete forming, construction and automotive industries. Products include U-Bolts, Anchor Bolts and Threaded Rod; all of which complement Leland’s existing fastener portfolio.

“Canadian Threadall” will continue to operate independently of Leland Industries Inc., at their existing location. All contact information remains unchanged. Please continue to forward orders and inquiries to “Canadian Threadall.”

Leland also recently acquired the bolt making equipment from Westland Steel Products Ltd., allowing the company to broaden its product offering with items including Hex Bolts in sizes to 7/8″ x 6″, Wheel Bolts, Hub, Plow, Tower, and Structural Bolts.

Leland Industries Inc., a leading North American fastener manufacturer, continues to grow and expand its offering of domestically made fastener products. Markets served include the agricultural storage industries, the overhead door and dock producers, and commercial and industrial construction markets through O.E.M. and distributor sales.
