Any of ATAS’ roofing profiles are ideally suited for retrofit projects. The installation can be made easier with minimal disruption by using ATA-Frame. The framing system can be applied to almost any existing building or roof, and it is compatible with ATAS’ metal roofing profiles. ATA-Frame is lightweight, easy to install and fully engineered for each project’s specifications.

Roof Hugger

Roof Huggers are the only retrofit sub-purlin system certified to increase existing purlin strength. The product is compatible with screw-down or standing seam roofing systems and requires only standard tools and fasteners. Roof Huggers feature precision punched notches that act as a continuous template and punched pilot holes to provide for rapid fastening into existing support structures. The unique nesting into an old panel profile achieves a rugged, stable and low silhouette connection system and yet achieves a thermal break air space between the old and new roofing, allowing for the addition of insulation.
